Season Passholder Buddy Tickets
Purchase your discounted lift ticket with your Buddy Pass voucher. You'll need to enter the voucher code on the next page to validate your discount. Buddy Tickets are available any day of the season. Full-day access, 9 AM to 4 PM, to all open lifts and terrain at Big Sky Resort, including the Lone Peak Tram and Kircliff glass observatory.

Buddy Ticket FAQs
A Buddy Ticket is discounted single day winter lift ticket. Each ticket is loaded on a voucher that passholders can share with friends or family. The price is the same for all ages and dates. Buddy Tickets tied to Big Sky Resort passes are only valid at Big Sky Resort. For Winter 2026-27, the price is $139 before taxes and fees.
Buddy Tickets include unlimited daily Tram scenic and ski/snowboard rides.
Big Sky Resort season passholder Buddy Tickets can be used any day of the season.
Gold passes include 10 Buddy Tickets and Black passes include 4 Buddy Tickets.
Passes of all age groups include Buddy Tickets. Buddy Tickets are the same price regardless of recipient's age or ticket date. Buddy Tickets associated with Big Sky Resort Gold and Black passes are only valid at Big Sky Resort.
Boyne Passport Passes include 10 Buddy Tickets which can be used at any Boyne Resort.
How to Purchase Big Sky Passholder Buddy Tickets
If you have a BoyneRewards Reward card, gift card, season pass or activity credit from a previous purchase, use the instructions below to apply the value at checkout. You will need the card number or voucher ID code. View our instructions on how to access voucher codes.
Do you have a product voucher code instead? Product vouchers are for specific discounted tickets or passes, like Buddy Tickets. You enter them on the store homepage, not at checkout. View How to use a Product Voucher in our Help Center.

Log into your Big Sky Resort Shop account.

Add products to your cart and continue to checkout.

Follow the steps through checkout until you reach the Payment screen.

On the Credit Card Payment page, add your number to the 'Gift Card or Voucher Number' box and hit "Apply". Note that credits cannot be applied when using the Affirm payment plan.
Desktop: On the right side below 'Apply discount codes', click "Enter gift card or voucher" to display box.
Mobile Device: Click "Order Summary", then "Enter gift card or voucher". The box appears above the credit card field along with your BoyneRewards.

The gift card or voucher value is deducted from your purchase total. If there is a credit left over on your credit voucher or gift card, it can be used toward another purchase. Note that credit vouchers have an expiration date.

Provide a billing address, but only enter credit card information if there's a remaining balance or if you have opted in for Tram Autocharge.

Click "Continue", then "Confirm Order."

Check your email for a confirmation.
