Season Pass Rollover
Life happens. If things change and you can't use your pass, request a rollover before November 15 for any reason. If a medical condition or injury occurs during the season that prevents you from using your season pass, we’ll help you defer the value toward next season.
What is Season Pass Rollover?
A rollover converts the remaining value of your current season pass into a credit voucher you can apply toward the purchase of a season pass for the following winter season.
Prior to November 15 of the upcoming season, pass rollovers can be requested for any reason—no questions asked. After November 15, only requests due to medical reasons are accepted.

Important Dates
There are a few important deadlines that you need to keep in mind when requesting a rollover through our Easy Change program.
November 15
Rollover credit requests for non-medical reasons must be submitted by this date.
March 31
Last day to submit a rollover request for a qualified medical circumstance.
365 Days
Vouchers expire 365 days after they are issued. Any remaining balance will not be refunded.
Redeem Your Easy Change Voucher
- Log into your account
- Navigate to My Account → Profile
- Click the “Vouchers” link in the Quick Links
- Find your voucher ID code.
- When next season’s passes go on sale, select your pass and enter your voucher ID at checkout.
How Credit Is Calculated
Original Pass Purchase Price - Window Lift TIcket Rate of Days Skied = Voucher Total
If you skied on a day with Après access, we will deduct half of the lift ticket rate.
Gold Passes that have used bike haul days will have the window lift ticket rate for those days deducted.
Credit is based on the original purchase price.
Important Details
- Rollover credits are non-transferable and valid for the original passholder only.
- Credits can only be used to purchase a season pass for the next winter season.
- If you use your rollover toward a lower-priced pass, no refund is issued for the difference.
- Ikon Pass and other add-on products are not eligible for rollover. Contact Ikon Pass directly for their policies.
- Allow up to 4 weeks for a response and 48 hours for voucher processing.
