How It Works
If your plans change, you can cancel your purchase for a full refund 48 hours in advance.
If you have to cancel within 48 hours, we can only accept cancellations due to medical incidents that prevent you from using your purchase. Upload medical documentation, and if approved, we’ll convert the value of your online purchase into a credit voucher you can use for up to 365 days - on any activity, any day.
- Submit your Easy Change request online.
- We’ll process your request and issue a refund or credit voucher to your account within 72 hours.
- Vouchers can be used online at shop.bigskyresort.com or in person at the resort.
- Voucher credits are valid for 365 days from the date the voucher is created.
- Voucher credits are valid at any Boyne Resorts property
Important Details
- Credits are non-transferable and tied to the original purchaser’s account.
- If your new purchase costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining balance stays on your voucher.
- Refunds are not issued if credits are applied toward a lower-priced item or remain unused at expiration.

Season Pass Rollover

Lodging Cancellation Policy
Our lodging cancellation policy is dependent on your stay dates (winter/summer) and whether you have Travel Protection for your reservation. To cancel your reservation, please call our reservations team at (800) 548-4486.
Winter Cancellation Policy
An advanced deposit of 20% of your total is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Final payment is due 30 days before arrival. If you need to cancel, half of your deposit is refundable 30 days or more before arrival.
There will be no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Summer Cancellation Policy
A 1-night advanced deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Outside of 48 hours prior to your reservation, this deposit is fully refundable if you need to cancel.
Full payment is due upon check-in. There will be no refunds for cancellations or modifications after check-in.
