High Altitude Grounding Massage
This full-body massage starts with eucalyptus aromatherapy oil facial steam to open the respiratory passageways, followed by ginger massage oil that grounds and supports symptoms from being at higher altitudes. Cold stones are used to aid in sinus relief. This massage helps ease the effects of higher elevation, such as headaches, nausea, fatigue, and respiratory discomfort, and 90-minute treatments are complemented by 20 minutes of concentrated oxygen to enhance recovery and revitalization.

Alpine Adventure Massage
Relieve your sore muscles after an exhilarating day on the mountain. This Solace Spa signature treatment focuses on firm or deep tissue work and Range of Motion (ROM) stretching to increase flexibility and circulation and reduce soreness and tension. The treatment focuses on the lower body with special attention to the calves and feet. Theragun therapy may be incorporated throughout the massage to loosen tight muscles, and guests may opt to use the Therabody SmartGoggles, which use vibration, massage, and heat to help relax your eyes and face to ease mental stress and discomfort related to headaches and migraines.
