Group Lesson Pack is valid throughout the entire season with no blackout days. The last day to use lesson pack is April 11th, 2027. To book a group lesson, use the link in your lesson pack confirmation email.

Lesson packs are for specific lesson types—reservations cannot be redeemed for a different lesson. For example with a Teen Mountain Experience lesson pack, you cannot reserve a Kids lesson. You can only reserve a Teen Mountain Experience lesson.

Group Lesson Packs are for full-day lessons. If you need to leave early, please let your instructor know at check-in.

Leaving early still uses one full day from your pack. No refunds for partial-day participation.

A Group Lesson Pack can be used for both skiing and snowboarding interchangeably. You have the flexibility to ski one day and snowboard another.

However, lesson packs are restricted to the specific lesson type purchased. Lesson types are Youth, Teen Mountain Experience, and Adult. Each pack works only for its matching lesson type. For example, a 13-year-old is old enough to take a Youth or Teen Mountain Experience lesson. If the 13-year-old purchases a Youth lesson pack, they may only use the lesson pack for Youth lessons, not TME.

Lift tickets are not included with private or group lessons.  A lift ticket or valid season pass is required for all lesson participants. Including Sno-Go lessons.

In the winter, discounted lift tickets are available to children (7-14) in group lessons. These discount tickets are available to add-on to your lesson when adding the product to your cart or by contacting us.

In the summer, if you do not have a bike and bike haul lift ticket and want to take a group lesson, purchase the downhill group lesson package.  This half-day lesson option includes a bike rental and bike haul ticket for the duration of your lesson.

Want to use the bike before or after your lesson?

Rental equipment is not included with lessons, programs, or guides. If you do not have your own equipment, we recommend booking rentals with Big Sky Sports.

Rental skis and snowboards may be available for Mountain Village Small Fry Try private lessons (ages 2-4). Please call the Mountain Sports Office for availability.

In the summer, downhill mountain biking lessons do not include rentals. Select downhill mountain biking lessons offer discounted rentals. Please inquire when booking your lesson.

Lunch is included in full-day winter group lessons.  Youth Group lessons have a designated lunch room, while adult lesson participants will receive lunch at the Chet's Buffet.  Lunch is not included with half-day lessons, private lessons, or summer bike lessons.
