Big Sky Resort welcomes the debut of M, a new concept from The Alinea Group, the team behind the globally acclaimed hospitality group in Chicago. Led by Chef Grant Achatz, this winter residency marks a landmark moment in The Alinea Group’s 20th Anniversary World Tour.
M fuses European culinary precision with Montana’s elemental spirit, presenting a seasonal tasting menu and à la carte experience in a stunning alpine retreat.
Open December 19 through March 31 at the Village Center. Reservations are highly recommended.
Opening at 4:30, M offers limited bar seating for the food and drinks—perfect for a first taste of the three-month residency.
