New this winter, Everett’s 8800 introduces an inspired prix-fixe dining experience that marries technical precision with Montana's bold spirit. Led by Executive Chef Nathan Bramlett, lunch and dinner services will offer a four-course prix-fixe menu or a six-course tasting, representing the pinnacle of mountain fine dining.
Everett's 8800 inspires skiers and gastronomes alike with unmatched views of Lone Peak and an exceptional dining experience. Dining at Everett's 8800 is a carefully orchestrated journey that begins the moment guests step off the Ramcharger 8 lift. Here, at the summit of Andesite Mountain, we've crafted an experience that transforms a meal into a memory.
Reservations are required. Reservations open 30 days in advance and fill up quickly.
Lunch is served daily with two seatings - 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
Dinner is served Wednesday through Saturday - 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Please note that Everett's 8800 is only accessible by the Ramcharger 8 chairlift, and lift access is required. Lift access is included with dinner reservations.
If you are not skiing on the day of your lunch reservation, scenic lift tickets are available from Mountain Services for $45 per person. Guests staying with Big Sky Resort Central Reservations receive one complimentary scenic ticket per guest.

- We will hold table reservations for a maximum of 10 minutes after your reservation time.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of reservation or no-shows are subject to a fee of $ per guest.
