FAQs & Policies
Check-in is at 5 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be requested at the front desk.
The Huntley Lodge and Shoshone Condominium Hotel, Summit Hotel, Village Center, and Whitewater Inn have front desks on-property.

Winter Cancellation Policy (November - April)
An advanced deposit of 20% of your total is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Final payment is due 30 days before arrival. If you need to cancel, half of your deposit is refundable 30 days or more before arrival.
There will be no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Summer Cancellation Policy (May - October)
An advanced deposit of 20% of your total is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. Should you need to cancel, half of your deposit is non-refundable outside of 14 days of arrival.
There will be no refunds for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.
For guests staying at the White Water Inn, cancelations outside of 72 hours, half the deposit is non-refundable. Within 72 hours, 100% is non-refundable.
