- Packed Powder
Snow Depth:25" Mid Mountain / 38" Upper Mountain
Today promises to be another fun day on the mountain! Amply amounts of snow still cover recently opened terrain: Liberty Bowl off the tram, Moonlight Terrain off Six Shooter, Lone Tree, Iron Horse and Derringer. Swifty 2.0 Terrain Park is in notable form and Tippy’s Tumble is longing for some turns to be trenched into its corduroy.
The weather is warming up, and the high of 8 is going to feel fantastic. As we progress through the day a light dusting of snow is expected and lone peak will be in her majestic splendor. Winds will be moderate today, at times causing a sharp wind chill. As we move into the evening lows will dropping to around zero.
Stop by Peak’s Restaurant in the Summit Hotel for a pork chop sandwich and some cherry chutney. This combo is sure to please you palate and the perfect amount of spice will get you fired up for some afternoon turns.
*Early season conditions exist. Please ski and ride with caution.
