Can I purchase passes without assigning a name now to lock in early season pricing and assign a name later?
Yes, this is a great benefit for employers that may not know exactly who will be working for them next season. You can purchase passes now at this early season pricing without names assisgned. Names must be assigned before the 2010-11 season. You must call or visit guest services in person to make this type of order. Passes without names attached are not available online. Once a name is assigned to the pass, it cannot be changed to another person.

Does my 2010/11 pass purchased now offer access for the rest of the 2009/10 season?
No, the 2010/11 pass is valid starting opening day of the 2010/11 season. Bigger Sky Cards are still available for purchase for access to Big Sky Resort for the remainder of the 2009/10 season.

Which passes offer access to Moonlight Basin?
The Biggest Skiing in America Pass offers seamless access to both Big Sky Resort and Moonlight Basin terrain. Gold, Silver, Bronze and Frequent Sky Cards are not applicable to Moonlight Basin.

When can I purchase my Frequent Sky Card?
Frequent Sky Card will be available for purchase starting in August. They will not offer direct-to-lift privileges, must purchase day ticket at window.

Does my Frequent Sky Card offer direct-to-lift privileges?
The Frequent Sky card does not have direct-to-lift privileges. Frequent Sky card holder must purchase day ticket at window. Not applicable to Moonlight Basin.

When can I purchase my Powder Pak?
Powder Paks- 10 transferrable vouchers will be available starting in August.

When can I purchase my 15x, Midweek and Bigger Sky Card?
The 15x, Midweek and Bigger Sky card have been retired for the 2010-11 season. We encourage 15x card holders to purchase the Gold, Midweek to purchase the Silver and Bigger to purchase the Bronze by 4/30. Due to the many Sky Card holder comments expressing the desire for direct-to-lift, we decided to restructure our pass products to offer this privilege.

Do Silver and Bronze passes offer discounted ticket privileges on non-direct-to-lift days?
No, the Silver and Bronze passes do not have any additional discounted lift ticket privileges for days when the pass is not valid. You can purchase a frequent sky card to use on those days for a lift ticket discount.

When can I pick up my season pass or Sky Card and will it have my picture on it?
The Gold, Silver and Bronze passes will have your photo on them and will be available for pick-up this upcoming September with photo ID. Pick-up location in Big Sky is the Guest Services office; hours will be posted on the website in August. Bozeman pick-up locations will be scheduled for September & October, check back at www.bigskyresort.com/winterpasses for details. Frequent Sky Cards will not have photos on them and will be mailed to address provided if not purchased in person.

Where do I go to purchase my pass and sign-up for payment plan?
Season Passes are available for purchase online, over the phone at (406) 995-USKI or in person at Guest Services, Basecamp or Accounting. Payment plans are available in person or over the phone for GOLD season passes only purchased by 4/30/10 in all of our pass locations. There is a $25 service charge for the payment plan.
