Boyne Resorts, Big Sky Resort's parent company, is pleased to announce the addition of a new division, Boyne Adventures, which is launching today.  Boyne Adventures offers guests the opportunity to discover exclusive travel and recreational opportunities at Boyne Resorts and around the world.  Combining the experiences and resources of Boyne Resorts with a group of world-class partners, Boyne has created a unique selection of trips that range widely in their destinations and activities, yet are tied together by a common set of principles: those of Boyne Resorts.

Everett Kircher is best known for building the Boyne Resorts recreational empire, but he was also a world traveler, jet pilot and fisherman.  It is his spirit that inspired the creation of Boyne Adventures.  Developer of this exciting extension of the Boyne business and principles is Dana Bullen, president and general manager of Sunday River Resort in Maine.   

Born from a passion for the outdoors, Boyne Adventures seeks to introduce travelers to a new way of experiencing the outdoors, whether discovering a new part of the world and trying a new activity, or revisiting a favorite place or pastime in a unique way.  These adventures provide the travelers inside access and create rare experiences through means not generally available to the public.  Each adventure is led by a member of Boyne Resorts’ team of leaders who possesses a true passion for the activities available during the trip.

These travel experiences are available through an auction process administered by the division’s website, www.boyneadventures.com.  The highest bidder at the time of auction closing is promptly contacted by a Boyne Resorts representative and all plans for upcoming travel are soon finalized.  Anyone is eligible to bid once they’ve completed the registration process on the website.  Bidding begins at 4pm EST today.  Beyond the trips currently available, many additional adventures, including visits at our resorts throughout the U.S. and worldwide travel, will be posted for continuous bidding.
