Big Sky Resort Featured On The Today Show
6/23/10On the morning of June 22nd, Eagle Mount received donations from major contributors, including Big Sky Resort and was featured on national television on The Today Show. Eagle Mount – Bozeman galvanizes people in the service of human and social transformation…believing in and seeing the limitless abilities of others. The organization facilitates and implements therapeutic recreational programs and opportunities to benefit people with disabilities and children with cancer, and provides support for their families. The program “Lend a Hand” was created by Al Roker and promotes company and personal donations to non-profits that do amazing things in the community.
Big Sky Resort has long been a leader in finding meaningful partnerships with community non-profits and we were flattered to be requested to be there for recognition. General Manager Taylor Middleton was on hand to personally present a giant lift ticket providing access to our facilities both summer and winter. Middleton was promoting all of the new summer activities and the Biggest Skiing in America as well. Big Sky Resort's annual donation to Eagle Mount is valued at over $80,000.
According to The Today Show the viewership is between 6-8 million.
