All rates are per night and subject to change.  Rates do not include 13% bed tax or a security deposit of $1000 which is refunded after departure if no loss or damages.  Stays of less than 5 nights are subject to a $350 cleaning fee.  Deposit of 50% is due to confirm booking.  Final payment, plus tax and security deposit is due 60 days before arrival.  All payments (except security deposit) are non-refundable unless the home is re-booked for the same dates.

The Millson Home is one of the few homes in the exclusive, Cascade Ridge residential area that is available for vacation rental. This luxurious 4-bedroom/4.5-bath home is a skier’s dream. Not only can you stay in an incredible accommodation, but you are also just minutes to the slopes with easy access to the White Otter lift. A groomed trail makes this home ski in ski out accessible.

This two-level, 5,000 square foot home was built in 2006 with all high end finishes and warm personal touches.

The front stairway leads guests directly up to a dramatic living room offering a dramatic view of Lone Peak Mountain. Beautiful log trusses and a cathedral ceiling combined with extraordinary furnishings make this room a joy to spend time in. The dining table will easily seat 10, and is adjacent to the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped to include a 5 burner, gas cook top, Sub Zero refrigerator, granite countertops and custom cabinetry. The decks from the living room include a gas barbecue grill with dramatic mountain views. Another dramatic living room with stunning views is located on the lower level with access to the brand new hot tub with amazing Lone Mountain views.
