Time cards must be approved at the end of the pay period (Wednesday) .

To approve, select "Approve Timecard" on the time clocks.

Swipe your badge and select "Current Pay Period" Review your hours.

If they are correct "Approve" at the bottom of the page.

if they are NOT correct contact your manager IMMEDIATELY.

HR can not fix your hours, a manager must fix your hours by Friday of the week you do not get paid.

If you do not correct your hours by the Friday the week before you get paid, the correction will not take effect until the following paycheck.
