Solace Spa Manager
SUMMARY
The Solace Spa Manager is responsible for the management of all Spa operations. The Solace Spa Manager will hire, train and conduct labor management of Spa employees. Required to oversee cleanliness and overall appearance and ambiance of Spa. Responsible for monthly retail inventory and helping guests with any issues. Must maintain and design window displays, have expert product knowledge and be able to sell products and services to guests. Will also process retail and back stock orders and over see special projects. Responsible for revenues, budgets, expenses, payroll and all financial results of the Spa. Responsible for creating and ensuring exemplary guest and employee satisfaction.

- Full-time, Year Round

- Demonstrated ability to be a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
- Proficient at selling and maintaining exceptionally clean spa spaces.
- Customer service and supervising experience necessary.
- Proficient with Point of Sale systems and Microsoft office helpful.
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training all spa staff.
