Reservations - Internet Coordinator

The Reservations Representative is responsible for selling Big Sky Resort lodging and activities, along with providing guests with information on the local area and recreational options.  Internet coordinator is responsible for content on Big Sky Resort’s booking engine including rates, packages, promotions, inventory and other content. 

Must have desire to work with computer systems and must be self motivated. 

Responsible for assisting in-house guests and Front Desk staff with solving reservation issues and other related office duties, as assigned.   

Extensive phone contact with the public requires strong communication skills and computer literacy. Sales, data entry and hospitality experience a must. Previous knowledge of Big Sky Resort and the community are a plus.

Position to start immediately, contracted through winter.

Hours vary. Full Time Seasonal Position

Must be detail oriented; possess good communication and interpersonal skills and able to take initiative. 

Must be able to multi task and be well organized and detail oriented

Have knowledge of all office equipment operation, including necessary computer and typing experience.

Familiar with Big Sky Resort and the community recommended.
