Administrative Assistant to Oustide Condos
SUMMARY
The Outside Condominium Administrative Assistant is responsible in providing administrative support for the Outside Condominium department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering phones, typing documents, formatting, editing, compiling and routing correspondence, filing, and working with owners and resort managers in a variety of tasks.
Applicants must also be familiar with Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Internet, and E-mail. Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), strong interpersonal skills, a demonstrated ability to manage time, be well organized, handle multiple tasks, and have a high attention to detail. Individual must be proactive, and self-motivated. Assist with other duties as directed by Condominium Manager.
DETAILS
Working Hours: Full Time Seasonal. Hours and work week vary
Wage: DOE
Reports to: Condominium Manger – Sarah Blechta
1. Must be detail oriented; possess good communication and interpersonal skills and able to take initiative.
2. Must be able to multi task and be well organized and detail oriented
3. Basic accounting/math principles necessary.
4. Experience in Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. is required
5. Familiar with Big Sky Resort and the community recommended.
