Condominium Manager

The Condominium Manager is responsible for all aspects of the relationship between the condominium owners and Boyne Resorts as well as all aspects of the general up keep, repair and upgrades. The Manager must develop relationships within the local community, providing owners and local entities with condominium access and other management information upon request. Oversee 30-35 housekeeping staff, including general overseeing of payroll, performance reviews and the department vehicle. Applicants must also assist the Lodging Manager and Hotel Manager in managerial duties in those related departments and coordination of long-term goals.

- Must be a leader, motivator, enthusiastic and very detail oriented.
- Prior management experience and superior guest service required.
- Must be familiar with Hotel Operations and neighboring departments.
- Resolves issues by investigating, evaluating and following up.
- Controlling a budget and profitability.
- Assists in providing an environment for positive and proactive change.
- Assists in establishing and enforcing quality standards throughout the Condominium division.
- Must work well with others and be able to delegate.
- Networking and relationship building necessary.
