Huntley Front Desk Manager

The Front Desk Manager assists the Lodging Director, the Huntley Lodge Manager and the Condo Manager in maintaining and improving accommodations operations by training, scheduling, monitoring staff, enforcing standards and procedures.  Directly supervises all front desk and concierge staff.  Ensures proper completion of all front desk duties.  Directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk, concierge, and switchboard.  Assists by serving guests: defining and developing our product and servicing and resolving  product and service problems. The FDM must be a leader, motivator, detail oriented and enthusiastic.  <- Back to Openings
