Concierge Desk

A Concierge representative is responsible for taking care of guests that seek a fully organized vacation.  Accurately make all reservations, arrangements and requests for them.  Follow up with the guest before and during their stay.  Gain strong knowledge of the hotel/condominiums and its facilities as well as the services of the surrounding area.  Responsible for making sure all billing is handled accurately and efficiently. Responsible for ensuring that any vendors that are hired are acting in the Resorts best interest and understand exactly what is expected by the guest.

The primary job of a concierge agent is to book reservations for individuals wishing to vacation at Big Sky Resort as well as those attending conferences associated with the resort.  Responsible for cancellations as well as collecting payments for lift tickets.  Responsible for printing and preparing registration cards, package vouchers, confirmation letters and other miscellaneous duties.
