Concierge Supervisor

The Concierge Supervisor is responsible for fulfilling the tasks of a concierge representative, as well as scheduling, training and coaching the concierge staff. The Concierge Supervisor will also monitor labor for payroll approval. Ideal candidates will have prior supervising and guest service experience.

The Concierge Representative is responsible for taking care of guests that seek a fully organized vacation including,

·               Accurately make all reservations, arrangements and requests for them. 

·               Follow up with the guest before and during their stay. 

·               Gain strong knowledge of the hotel/condominiums, facilities and services of the surrounding area to inform guests.

·               Will ensure all billing is handled accurately and efficiently, as well as collecting payments and handling cancellations.

·               Responsible for ensuring that any vendors that are hired are acting in the Resorts best interest and understand exactly what is expected by the guest.

·               Responsible for printing and preparing registration cards, package vouchers, confirmation letters and other miscellaneous duties.

3.        Seeking a highly motivated, service-minded and enthusiastic individual.

4.       Relevant degree and/or experience required.

5.       Familiar with Big Sky Resort and the community recommended.

6.       Must be detail oriented, as well as possess good communication and interpersonal skills. 

7.       Candidates must be able to work well under pressure. 

8.       Looking for applicants that are able to multi task and be well organized.

9.       Must be flexible and self-motivated.
