Concierge Manager
The Concierge Manager is responsible for fulfilling the tasks of a concierge representative as well as scheduling, training and coaching the concierge staff. A Concierge representative is responsible for taking care of guests that seek a fully organized vacation including,
· Accurately make all reservations, arrangements and requests for them.
· Follow up with the guest before and during their stay.
· Gain strong knowledge of the hotel/condominiums and its facilities and services of the surrounding area.
· Responsible for making sure all billing is handled accurately and efficiently.
· Responsible for ensuring that any vendors that are hired are acting in the Resorts best interest and understand exactly what is expected by the guest.
· Responsible for cancellations as well as collecting payments.
· Responsible for printing and preparing registration cards, package vouchers, confirmation letters and other miscellaneous duties.

4. Must be well-spoken, an efficient communicator, a good listener, a well-organized quick-thinker and be able to work well under pressure.
