Condo Administrative Assistant

At least 2 years of Resort administrative or related experience and/or college degree are highly recommended but not required.  Applicants must be familiar with Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Internet, E-mail and Power Point.  Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), strong interpersonal skills, a demonstrated ability to manage time, be well organized, handle multiple tasks, and have a high attention to detail.  Individual must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to meet Senior Managements needs along with meeting lessees operational requirements.  Candidate with experience in hotel and administration is preferred.  A strong passion for our resort is paramount as well as the ability to connect and enjoy working with all personality types is key to the success of this position <- Back to Openings
