Maintenance Admin/Purchasing Asst.
The Maintenance Administrator is responsible for executing day to day work orders as directed by the Maintenance Director. They must adhere to safety regulations and precautions when working with flammable or hazardous products and ensure that technicians comply as well. Keeping a log on a daily basis of all activities especially logging out of work orders after determining priorities, to selected technicians as well as implementing Boyne Basics in daily priorities and log keeping. Keeping inventory of all materials, parts and equipment as well as tools and update these very regularly to ensure that enough stock are kept on hand in order to avoid delays in service due to shortage of stock. Maintaining communications with purchasing contacts in order to follow up on outstanding orders and back orders, to determine status and delivery date. Maintaining communications with Maintenance Director and have regular meetings to discuss status of outstanding work orders, redefine priorities, discuss pro active maintenance issues or special projects that the Maintenance Director might want done.
