Lead Spa Receptionist
The Lead Spa Receptionist is responsible for scheduling and coordinating spa treatments with customers and therapists. Oversee cleanliness of spa desk, retail and all areas. Assist in training of spa receptionist employees. Implement closing, midday, opening, weekly and monthly side work sign off sheets. Resolving Guest complaints. Responsible for monthly retail inventory and helping guests with any issues. Maintain and design window displays. Processing orders and over seeing special projects Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to be friendly, knowledgeable, and professional Spa Receptionist. Strong knowledge of professional services, and retail products available. Proficient at selling, and maintaining exceptionally clean spa spaces. Must be good with computers.
