Assistant Dining Room Manager
The Assistant Dining Room Manager is responsible for all facets of the dining operation. Must have serving and supervising experience. Must be able to problem solve and give excellent, prompt customer service.
The Assistant Dining Room Manager is responsible for all facets of the dining operation. Must have serving and supervising experience. Must be able to problem solve and give excellent, prompt customer service. The Assistant Dining Room Manager is responsible for overseeing the opening and closing of the dining room and is also responsible for ensuring that all dining room supplies are stocked. Inspects the Dining Room before and after meals for cleanliness and preparedness, busses and re-sets tables, as needed. Is also responsible for assisting with staff training and certification. Observes work performance of staff and ensures staff compliance with sanitation practices. Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with cooks, food service helpers, guests, staff, and the general public. Other miscellaneous duties, as assigned.
1. Status: seasonal position

3. Must be able to function in an early-morning, fast-pasted environment and have strong interpersonal skills.
