Dishwasher

The Steward/Dishwasher is responsible for opening dish room, bringing up chemicals for machine and cooks, the organization of the dish room such as clean pans stored in proper order, taking cardboard out to the dumpster, sweeping and mopping the back hallway.  Other duties include sweeping and mopping the walk-in coolers and removal of cardboard form storage area.  As well as closing the dish room which entails cleaning out the machine and cleaning screens in the machine, wiping down all cleanable surfaces with proper chemicals, mopping the floor at the end of each shift and washing dirty dishes and making them clean. <- Back to Openings
