Line Cooks
The Cook's responsibilities for the main dining room are not limited to the following; Following proper safety guidelines and sanitation procedures. Knowing all menu items from preparation and finished product. Sharing interest with nightly specials and producing specials. Have creativity within the limitations of the restaurant. Preparing for special functions off the resorts conference-planning guide. Having food pulled and thawed, ready to cook. Can keep coolers in an organized and clean condition. Must keeping a positive attitude towards guests and fellow employees. Willing to go the extra length to create a better working environment for all.
