4.  Must have prior F&B supervisory or management experience.

5.  Maintains a high professional standard of ones self and the organization at all times.

6.  Develops strategies to help the business grow.

7.  Provides direction and motivation to the service staff.

8.  Maintains quality and cleanliness standards within the restaurant.

9.  Able to identify guest dining preferences and creates service to exceed their expectations.

10.Flexible to take on other tasks as needed.

11.Prior management experience required.
