Employee Housing Manager
-Develop, implement and administer housing policies and procedures
-Manage properties and programs
-Manage office procedures, ensure that filing systems are maintained and proper documents turned in during pay roll deadlines.
-Manage the ongoing maintenance of staff housing units in order to ensure that all housing is safe and maintained program
-Ensure deep cleanings after check-outs for rooms to be ready for next arrival. Heavy lifting may be necessary.
-Must be organized and have good problem solving.
Clean, Quiet, Safe, Service are what Big Sky Employee Housing strives for. The successful candidate will be a self starter, good planner with excellent guest service skills. The goal is to care for our housing facilities as hotels and our residents as guests. We are looking for the person who can provide exceptional leadership in this effort.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, particularly working within and across different departments, managers and division heads with Big Sky Resort.
Wage depends on experience. Housing option available.
