Applications Specialist

Description of Job:

Provide RTP end user application support
Perform RTP end user training
Advise divisional managers with RTP strategy and optimal utilization
RTP eStore setup, testing, and maintenance
Implement promotion codes in RTP as directed by the Marketing Team
RTP Product setup/pricing changes
RTP client configuration
RTP seasonal changeover
RTP Customer Manager clean up

May be assigned additional tasks by supervisor

Additional Responsibilities to Include:

Megasys Portfolio application support Squirrel F&B POS implementation
Springer Miller Property Management System conversion
Spa Soft implementation

Knowledge and Skills:

Previous experience using and configuring the RTP application
Self starting, self managing time and priorities
Highly available/responsive to primary RTP stakeholders with the organization
Easy to talk to personality

Work Schedule:

Weekends and/or nights may be required
