Accounting Administrative Assistant
The position consists of day cashier duties: performing the daily deposit, completing daily sales reporting for the corporate office, reconciling credit card transactions, handling guest inquiries, and making change for resort outlets. In addition to those duties, this person is responsible for reconciling billing accounts, sending invoices, and depositing payments.
Accounting or business degree with emphasis in accounting or equivalent experience preferred. Must possess strong computer and math skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. <- Back to Openings
