Applying

  • Be sure to view open positions. Please do not apply for positions that are not open.
  • We are only accepting applications for those that can stay the entire season.
  • Hired Information is emailed to the email address supplied on your application.

Application Tips

      • We receive a large volume of applications - Try to set yourself above the rest.
      • Supply as much information as possible - The more details you can give about your past work experiences, the better idea a manager will have of your skill sets.
      • Check your spelling - Our online application does not have auto spell check.
      • Use a current email address - All hired information is emailed out. 

Application Process

      • All applications are reviewed by HR.
      • Qualified applications are given to hiring managers for further review.
      • Phone or face-to-face interviews are conducted with potential hires.
      • If a position if offered by a manager, HR will EMAIL your employment agreement, information packet and employee housing request form.

Resumes

      • Big Sky Resort policy requires a company application to be completed.
      • Email resumes to compliment your application to bigskyhr@bigskyresort.com.

Seasonal Terms 

    • Montana laws require seasonal employees to reapply to be rehired for a new season.
    • Your application will be processed as a new applicant and will be processed through the normal channels.
    • Your personnel file, as well as your past work performance, will be reviewed when considering you for rehire.
