Zipline through the forest AND ABOVE THE BASE AREA at Big Sky Resort

After you get all geared up at Basecamp, the Zipline Tour and Twin Zip experience begins with a short hike up to the top of the respective Zipline.  On the Zipline tour zip through the trees and across the middle road . Next you will continue to the second zip line where you will fly 525 feet through the Moose Tracks forest.  The third and final line will zip you across the gully so close to trees you can reach out and grab them.   The Twin Zip will send you racing across the base area next to your buddy.  Reservations are recommended. Cancellation Policy: There is no charge for cancelling 48 hours before departure.  Within 48 hours there will be a 50% cancellation fee.

Zipline Tour - When, Where, What, How Much?

• Sign up at Basecamp or call 406.995.5769
• Three lines 350-500ft in length, 30-60 feet in the air
• Top speed, 25 miles/hr
• All riders must be at least 3 feet tall and 45lbs
• Max weight 300lbs
• Duration is 2 hours
• Dress in layers, to accommodate various activity levels
• Preferred not to have packs, but don’t forget the camera!
• All participants must wear helmets, these will be provided—personal helmets are okay.
• Maximum group size is 12.

Zipline Tour - Where is it located?

• First Line - starts toward the bottom of Huntley Hollow and ends in the trees below Middle Road
• Second Line - starts a short downhill hike from the end of the first and ends next to the bottom of Hangmens
• Third Line - starts at the end of the second and ends towards the bottom of Middle Road/Lower Calamity

Twin Zip- When, Where, What, How Much?

• Sign up at Basecamp or call 406.995.5769
• One line 1400ft in length across the base area
• 60 feet in the air
• must be at least 3 feet tall and 45lbs (anyone weighing under 100lbs will ride tandem)
• Maximum weight 250lbs (anyone weighing under 100lbs will ride tandem)
• Duration is 45 minutes to 1 hour
• Dress in layers, to accommodate various activity levels
• Preferred not to have packs, but don’t forget the camera!
• All participants must wear helmets, these will be provided—personal helmets are okay.
• Maximum group size is 20
• Start of Twin Zip is located at the top of Chet's Knob
