Why Fast Pass?
Riding the Lone Peak Tram is one of Big Sky’s iconic experiences, and Fast Pass will help ensure that even guests here for a short time have the chance to enjoy the Tram without spending their entire ski day in a line.  With big season pass sales every spring, Big Sky has seen more skier visits than ever, and more people riding the Tram.  Fast Pass will help Big Sky uphold its reputation for short waits, regardless of how may skiers are on the mountain.

Why don’t resort employees get to take advantage of this great deal?
The goal of the Fast Pass program is that every guest gets to experience a walk-on tram.

What is the best time for scenic rides?
The tram stays open until 3:30 for scenic rides only on Saturdays and Sundays (lift closes for skiing at 3:00 pm).  If you don’t want to miss much skiing, and still want a scenic tour, the best option for you is between 3:00-3:30 pm. No Fast Pass required at this time.  You may take a scenic ride on the tram by waiting in the regular line anytime.
