Thursday Night Sushi at the Summit
Every Thursday at Peaks Restaurant the culinary team will be featuring a sushi menu in addition to the regular menu. The menu will be accompanied by 4 great Sakes to choose from and Miso Soup. The menu changes weekly and the Sushi is rolled in the dining room on display.
