Soups & Salads:

Hand crafted and prepared daily, these mouthwatering morsels each have a unique Southwestern flair. Try the Beef brisket Chilli, with simmered Texas beef brisquet in our award winning recipe, or the Tequila Lime Chicken Tostada Salad, served with our own Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette.

Southwestern Favorites:

We have something to suit all appetites! The Five Layer Nacho Platter is great to share among friends; if you're in the mood for a sandwich there's a whole variety to choose from; or go for a Colorado styled Black Bean Burrido, with a choice of grilled chicken, shredded beef, pork carnitas, broiled red snapper or just good old beans and cheese.

Entrees:

All Entrees are served with a choice of a cup of soup or a house salad, as well as rice and the vegetable du jour. Duck Enchiladas are always a favorite, or try the sumptuous Stuffed Green Peppers, new to the menu this summer.

Drinks:

A selection of local micro-brews are on tap, along with a wide choice of beer, wine and cocktails.
