Breakfast: Belgian Waffles and Blueberry Pancakes provide the perfect counterpart to Eggs Benedict or the Summit Three Egg Omelet. A la carte items are also available.

Lunch: Superior cuisine with a Montana twist means the Chili incorporates a blend of venison and elk, while the Smoked Montana Reuben features house made elk pastrami.

Dinner: Whet your appetite with a Wild Game and Mushroom Bouchee or Eggplant Napoleon, then eat you fill of a Petit Filet Mignon or Grilled Wild King Salmon.
